You will never have this day with your children again. Tomorrow, they'll be a little older than they were today. This day is a gift. Breath and notice. Smell and touch them. Study their faces and little feet and pay attention. Enjoy today mamma, it will be over before you know it.

A ROARING Good Time

Cohen is TWO!!!

I can't express what a blessing it has been to have sweet Cohen in our lives. I never imagined that I could love someone so much!

He continues to surprise us with how smart he is. He does things each day that I didn't even know he could do! I could list them out one by one but I don't want to sound like I  am bragging:)

Let me just say that we love you to the moon and back big guy!!!!

I hope you had a wonderful birthday party!!

Before I post the B-Day pics I need to do do a few thank you's!!

Without the help of Grammy I don't think I could have gotten our house clean before the party. She helped trim several hours off my cleaning time and for that I am so thankful!

For those of you that know me well you know that I have to have my house spotless before company comes over..even though they are going to totally destroy it by the time the party is over...this is just a pet peive of mine.

And being pregnant makes getting things done that more difficult...so thank you Grammy for your help!!!

And thank you to my parents for babysitting Cohen so that we could get it all done!

Now,

here are pics from the party! Cohen had a blast with all of his friends and family and I am so thankful for everyone that came out to help us celebrate!!

We love you all!!

Front door decor!!

Thank you Jobeth for helping me make this oh so cute wreath!!

Party favors!

Party favor bags!! They turned out so cute!

Just a little decor for the fireplace!

The cake was awesome!! Cohen loved it and it tasted great too!

Myers came to play:)

Cousin Cooper came to the party!!

She is my Grammy...no she is my Grammy!!

My niece Ellie came to visit!!

She is so flippin' cute!!!

The pool was a HIT with these boys! I wish I could have recorded the giggles!!

Look at that smile on Cohen's face:)

Smiles!

BIG Birthday Gifts!

There have been several projects going on at the O'Neal house these past few weeks.
Well, truth be told these have been in the works for much longer than that.

Cohen's birthday was our deadline to have all the projects done...thank goodness we set a deadline or these projects may have taken much longer due to the man hours that had to be put into each of them.

Project 1

We researched for months on what type of playhouse we wanted Cohen to get for his birthday.

There are so many out there to choose from but the size of our backyard made it is to narrow it down between a few of them.

Most of the playhouses that caught my eye were really nice but gigantic! So those were not an option.

We wanted something that Cohen could get in and out of easily and could grow into.

After looking intently for a week or so we finally made our choice!

This playhouse WOULD NOT have come together without the help of three wonderful men!!

I'm sure Tyler would be thrilled if I told people that he built this himself (and I'm sure he is capable) but, I must give credit to all three that worked so very hard to make sure this came together in time for his birthday party!

Thank you SO VERY MUCH to Tyler, Pops, and G for a job well done!!

We are so thankful for your help!

Project 2

Since we are expecting baby no. 2, we decided that the time has come to put Cohen in a big boy room!

With the help of my sweet friend Kim it all came together and looks awesome!!

This room took many hours of planning, texting, e-mailing and shopping for furniture and accessories!

I have to say a HUGE thank you to my sweet mom for painting Cohen's new room! I'm sure she could have found better ways to spend her Saturday but I'm so glad that she chose to help me out with the paint!

And I must say that she did a GREAT job!!

We revealed Cohen's room to him last weekend and his reaction was PRICELESS!!

He went straight to his bed and started jumping up and saying "Big Bed!!"

Lot's of grins and oohs and ahhs!

Love the color combinations! The puppy dog pillow is my favorite! It is so boyish and cute!

The foot warmer is awesome!

The football makes it look so big boyish!

The stool was a great addition...Cohen went straight to it to help him get on his bed!!!

Easter 2012

As usual I am crunched on time these days sooooo,

I will just post some pics!

Hope you all had a blessed Easter!

I love having a clean house adorned with fresh flowers!! It just feeds my soul!

Little touches of Spring everywhere:)

Easter Brunch after church....it was delicious I must say:)

Cohen certainly enjoyed his "bacon eggs"!

He was a pro at hunting eggs! We were done in about 5 minutes...he was on a mission to find those eggs!!

This is my all time favorite outfit from Kelly's Kids! He looks so cute and like such a big boy!!

Lots of ooohs and ahhhhs!!!

Feel free to dig right in:)

His absolute favorite item in the basket.....the Sprite!!!!!

He loved his Easter basket from Grammy and Pops!!! I must say that I liked it as well:)

Grammy and Pop's eggs had money in it!!!! Jack pot!!!

See what I mean..loved the Sprite!
