When you are expecting a baby you have an image in your mind of what he/she will look like. With today's technology you can see just that and even a few mannerisms that they may have. I only bring this up because when we saw Cohen for the first time in his 4d ultrasound we were able to get a good look at his face and when he was born I saw the same baby that I had seen in the picture.
The other interesting thing about his 4d ultrasound was the way that he had his hand placed on his forehead! I can remember asking Tyler if he thought the baby might do that same pose outside of the womb because in almost every sonogram he had his hand on his head.
